Resurrected from a run down 1930's row store, the only thing older than the building is the more than 300 year old tradition that is baked into every pizza. In order to bring a truly authentic Neapolitan pizzeria to Wichita, the owner had the 6,000 pound wood-fired pizza oven hand made by a third-generation oven builder in Naples, Italy. We are proud to have played a small part in bringing a taste of Italy to the streets of Downtown Wichita.
